Emotion, corruption and us.

Emotion, corruption and us I once read this line “emotions doesn't make you strong they just hinder your development”. To say that a guy with emotions is weak, will be a very superficial thing because in many cases emotional people are hardest to handle when their sentiments are hurt. But my today’s topic is about how having emotions can hinder your success. My observation is based on media of every type either news or entertainment. But its really important to know that what is the ‘control’ here. Which means with respect to which I will be calling someone or something less developed than others. if I s...

Consequences of decoding God with logic

Consequences of decoding God by logic.             These were the words of my teacher “as I have read science I don’t believe in god but yes, I believe in energies”. He was man who had an extraordinary self believe so there was nothing wrong to admire him. This was the first time that a doubt was raised in my mind that believing in god and finding logic are the opposite faces of coin? Born in a typical hindu family where god is heavily cherished I also developed a fear of god. Yes, fear because listening every time that everything is governed by god I started to pray in mornings. I realised that I only prayed for prevention, causes some reasons not from the heart. Luckily I had a chance to read a book which was basically an interpretation of Mahabhartha which helped in great aspects such as realising what is true Dharma (not doing anything to any person who you don’t consider that should be done to you). ...
Decisions The cause of unhappiness is nothing but our choices. We are being called as adults when we develop the ability to decide whats good and bad for us. Our lives are totally based on decisions. The consequences of these decisions get shallow as we move forward in our lives. Yes, not deeper as they say its better to start early. Similarly if we make farsighted decisions at early age than it certainly makes up for some wrong choices that we could possibly make in our future. That decision could be anything for eg. A student who is interested in computers can start to learn code early. Students in college can gain some extra skills which they will need in corporate world. As an earning man one can decide to invest for security in future. But the point is that when we are in those situations we are not in state of analysing things. Ofcourse its the lack of analysis that drives u...
Karna Reading about karna (from Mahabhartha) is indeed very interesting. Karna is known for his loyalty, principles and skills that he possessed. His face resembled like the thousand petals of a lotus flower. His tale is filled with many questions that are being put forth to the reader in the modern world, which gives many answers and also creates dilemma. He was the son of kunti which she got from the god ‘Surya’ hence he was called Surya putra Karan. His story starts when his mother kunti drained him off on top of a river due to her insecurities. Received by a charioteer’s family, thus the child who was meant to...
The dream. If I take a rewind on the 19 years of my life I see that i achieved everything what I dreamt of but by working like it is "my dream"..I realised i was not able to crack JEE because it was "never my dream". On the other hand , representing nation was certainly one which I accomplished. I say , I never dream because whatever I dream the result is just opposite. But now I believe that what I dream is "opportunities". And it should be applicable for everyone I guess... Grabbing Opportunities is the first step to success and if handled properly the life is no more stairs just an escalator.

breezy thought

the cold breezes feel great when they touch the face, the little darkness acts like a cherry on a cake. chilliness of the winds may give an expression of delight to some or for some its just cold. This kind of weather is short lived similarly sometimes our perceptions, it doesn’t means that we are fickle minded but more of a trait. Whenever we converse with people we make our mind-set about them But we don’t know whether the person is acting according to the situation or not. It becomes a part of our lifestyle to act according to the situation and that is explainable too. At the same time it is also true that the feelings created by speaker in the hearts of listener will be short lived and a great example for this is the so called motivational lectures. For those to whom it is delight it is short lived too. Coming back to the minds...

first words

in search of greatness the path is uncertain . maybe a proper path doesn’t exist…you take inspiration from a great person .’if’ u devise your own way, your search for greatness changes into the need to   converge your thoughts. And that should be the aim I guess ,to achieve convergence of mind.         “Inner directedness” While reading an account which related to Gautam Buddha I came across these two words. But these words drove me in a dilemma that how far is it correct to practice this in the real life? Obviously it is quite interesting that if you don’t bother about your daily experiences with “people” and just keep on focussing that what gives you peace, silence will pave your path to success… Will it not suck the colours   out of the life? And human beings are called “social animals” relations(friends, foes) do matter. There could be a view that “your actions” define you.so if you have a moderate approach towards e...
